-     Do you ship internationally?

Sure, we do! We are happy to offer free shipping worldwide for all orders. For more information, please check out Shipping & Delivery.

 

-     How long does it take to receive my order?

The estimate delivery time is up to 7 working days (Between 7- 14 working days). For more details, please check out Shipping & Delivery.

Please note that these are estimates and the actual delivery time might vary due to reasons out of our control, especially in cases caused by weather conditions, Corona virus or customs delay.

-     What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal.

-       How safe is payment via credit card?

We pride ourselves in providing a highly secure and safe shopping for our customers. All your Credit card details are encrypted from your bank and the safe payment gateway, hence no information is shared or saved by us.

-      Can I pay cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, we don't provide Cash on Delivery options at the moment. However, there are different payment safe and convenient methods available.

3.   Returns & Exchanges

-     How can I return an item?

If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact us and share with us your return reason. Please send the item(s) back in the original packaging with the original invoice. We will process your request within 7-14 days upon receipt of the package. Please check the full details on Returns & Exchange.

-     Can I return a used item?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returned item that has already been used. All the returns have to be in original packages and labels, and it must be in unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange if the item is not in unused condition.

4.  Coupons

-     How can I redeem my coupon?

You can redeem your coupon at checkout. By entering the coupon code at checkout we will automatically deduct the value from the total amount. Enjoy your discount!

 

-     How can I get coupons?

We share a surprise coupon code from time to time with our followers via our Instagram account @SilverSaray , so please follow us on Instagram to be updated with our latest treats.
